1. Complete accurately and in full all details in the agreement at sections 2, 3 and sign at section 19. Please email the entire agreement to: cao@verisign-grs.com or fax it to Verisign, Inc. at +1 703 948 3977.

2. All details will be verified by us. If any details are incorrect, then Verisign, Inc. will not enter into the agreement and extensive access will not be granted. We will notify you of that fact and allow an opportunity for correction of details.
